Mari's Garden Fresh Salad (5 oz)

So glad to hear the greens are from Mari's garden. I remember way back when I'd get the purple or green local grown hydroponic lettuce at the Blaisdell farmer's market years ago when it was a small operation. A lady would set up a small folding table & chair with a cooler of fresh hydroponic local grown lettuce pre bagged for sale.

It was stuffed and filled with good stuff. Ate for several days.

Very plentiful. Good variety of greens.

Very fresh and prepared perfectly.

Sweet tasting veggies. Didn’t need dressing initially. Suggest not using dark purple lettuce, it gets soggy fast.
For variation, how’s about adding in pieces of chicken for chicken salad with compatible dressing? Like Chinese style chicken salad? I think it will sell.
