Mari's Garden Fresh Salad (5 oz)

It was stuffed and filled with good stuff. Ate for several days.

Very plentiful. Good variety of greens.

Very fresh and prepared perfectly.

Sweet tasting veggies. Didn’t need dressing initially. Suggest not using dark purple lettuce, it gets soggy fast.
For variation, how’s about adding in pieces of chicken for chicken salad with compatible dressing? Like Chinese style chicken salad? I think it will sell.

There is a great variety of greens, and the price is right. However, the salads are not refrigerated and are kept on the table at room temperature when I pick up my order. Even though it's refrigerated at home, the salad is only edible a couple of days before the greens wilt.
