Catering FAQs
What days can I request catering orders for?
We offer catering Monday through Saturday. All catering requests are subject to availability.
How far in advance should I submit my request?
Please submit your request at least two (2) weeks in advance of your desired catering date. This allows us to confirm availability and your menu.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes! Orders over $500 receive complimentary delivery. A $20 delivery fee applies to orders under $500.
If you prefer, you're also welcome to pick up your catering order.
How will my order be served?
Your order will be prepared at the optimal serving temperature for pickup or delivery. We recommend serving it immediately. If you plan to serve it later, please ensure that hot items are kept hot and cold items are kept cold until service.
Please note that we are unable to provide on-site hot or cold holding equipment after delivery.
Will my order include utensils?
Bento and sandwich orders include utensils and napkins.
Family-style orders include plates, utensils, and napkins. (Serving utensils are not included.)
Baked goods and desserts include utensils and napkins.
Do you accommodate food allergies?
Absolutely! Please let us know about any food allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your catering order, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
